Documentary on Peruvian cuisine to promote exports

Lima, (ANDINA). Peru Sabe a documentary by Peruvian chefs Ferran Adria and Gaston Acurio will boost the export of products used in preparing Peruvian dishes.'Peru Sabe: cooking, a social weapon' is an initiative that helps promote Peruvian cuisine worldwide, Peru's Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Jose Luis Silva stated.
He noted that 'Peru Sabe', which is a symbolic title that alludes to two things: taste and knowledge, boosts indirectly the export of Peruvian products.
Silva also said that Peru should take advantage of the growing popularity of Peruvian cuisine in the world.
Ferran Adria, the world’s most prestigious chef, and Gastón Acurio, Latin America’s most influential chef, together embark on a journey to explore the roots of the splendor of Peruvian cuisine and its potential to transform lives.
